MOUNTAIN BIKING

BIKE PARK

Look no further than Fernie, B.C. for some of the best lift accessed mountain biking in Canada. Our bike trails offer something for everyone. Wide machine-made flowing trails for beginner and intermediate riders and challenging steep and technical single track trails for advanced and expert riders.

Elk Chair:
Open Daily from June 25 to Sept. 7, 2026
10am – 4pm (to 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Timber Chair:
Open on Weekends* & Statutory Holidays (July 1, August 3 & Sept. 7)
10am - 4pm
*Please note that the Timber Chair will be closed on July 11 & 12 due to the Canada Cup DH Race

Children of 5 years of age & under are not permitted in the bike park. Children between 6 and 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian (18 years or older) or be registered in a Mountain Biking program. The parent or guardian must sign the Bike Park waiver for the Child. For more information on Bike Park Safety, click here 

LIKE RIDING UP?

OUR UPHILL ENDURO BIKE PARK ACCESS TICKET IS FOR YOU!

Uphill bike traffic is permitted to access our Bike Park on our designated signed uphill route.  This allows access to all of our downhill bike trails that are normally accessed via the Elk Chair.  E-Bikes are welcome!

Guests MUST have a valid Uphill Enduro Bike Park Access ticket, or MTB season pass / lift ticket to use the uphill access route and DH trails within our bike park.  Uphill access route is open during chairlift hours (see above).

RENTALS

No bike? No problem!

Just stop on by the Performance Rental Centre for all your biking needs. Take advantage of the complete tune-up and repair shop and get your bike ready for some sweet riding.
