Cirque Restaurant Meeting Room

This meeting room, located off to the side of Cirque Restaurant, is perfect for small private meetings and functions. The rental fee is $500 per day, and catering options are available from our wonderful Cirque Restaurant & Bar. There is a projector & screen available to rent for an additional $100 per day.

This meeting room is available year-round, depending on availability and current bookings.

Cirque Restaurant & Bar

Cirque Restaurant & Bar offers an unforgettable setting for weddings, celebrations, and private functions. With floor-to-ceiling windows framing panoramic mountain views, your event will be set against a breathtaking alpine backdrop.

Venue rental fees range from $2,000–$3,500, depending on the season. Please note that Cirque Restaurant & Bar is unavailable for private bookings during the winter operational season. Private event availability runs from May through November, subject to existing reservations.

Griz Bar

The Griz Bar offers a legendary alpine setting for weddings, parties, and private events. With its rustic design and lively mountain atmosphere, it’s a space that brings people together in a true Fernie style. Rental fees range from $1,750 - $2,500, depending on the season.

The Griz Bar is available for bookings from May to November, depending on current bookings.

Slopeside Cafe

Slopeside Cafe is a bright and casual venue located right at the base of the mountain. With an open and versatile cafe-style layout, it's a great space for functions and meetings. The rental fee for Slopeside is $500, and we do have AV equipment available to rent if requested.

Availability is from May to November. Inquire about after-hours availability in our winter operating season.

Griz Daylodge

The Daylodge is a spacious, versatile venue at the base of Fernie Alpine Resort. Its open layout and large capacity make it ideal for large gatherings, from banquets to conferences. The rental fee for the Daylodge is $1,000, and we do have AV equipment available to rent if requested.
