Prefer a one-on-one approach? A Performance Academy Private gives you the opportunity to focus entirely on your individual goals. These sessions combine terrain-based learning, detailed video analysis, and personalised feedback to accelerate your development on snow.

  • Suitable for individuals or small private groups (up to 3 people, with the option to add more)

Performance Academy – Frequently Asked Questions

The Performance Academy is designed for intermediate to advanced skiers and snowboarders who want to improve their technique, build confidence on challenging terrain, and refine their skills with professional coaching.

Our camps and private sessions are led by Level 3 and Level 4 certified instructors, offering a higher level of technical insight, personalised video analysis, and advanced drills. We focus on performance-level outcomes and mastering all-mountain terrain.

No, you don’t have to be an expert. We welcome confident intermediate riders who are comfortable on upper mountain terrain. Our instructors will tailor the coaching to your level and help you progress step by step.

Each camp includes 5 hours of professional coaching, video analysis (where applicable), and small-group training with a maximum of 6 participants. You’ll receive individual feedback and skill-building exercises to apply beyond the session.

Lift tickets are not included in the camp or private session price unless otherwise stated. Please ensure you have a valid lift ticket or season pass for the dates you are attending.

Yes! Private coaching is available for up to 3 people, with the option to add additional participants for a small fee. This is a great way to get a personalised experience for family or friends.

Yes, participants are required to bring their own ski or snowboard equipment. If you need rentals, visit the Fernie Alpine Resort Rentals page to reserve high-performance gear.
