Event FAQs

Do I need to buy tickets for anything?

There’s a mixture of free and ticketed events. Some of the evening events and outdoor
activities are paid events. Group Tours can be booked through the WSS Sales desk. Paint
nights & Felting workshops are available to book online through the events webpage.

What is free to attend?

The New Year's Eve fireworks, family crafts, ski scavenger hunts and family ski bingo are free to attend.

Can I take part in mountain activities if I'm a beginner rider?

The family ski bingo & ski scavenger hunts are all designed to be fun for the whole
family, but may contain a mix of green and blue runs. Please stay safe and ride within
your own ability. You should be able to take part and enter the competition to win a prize
without having to ride anything above a green run if you don’t feel comfortable doing so.
