Fernie Alpine Resort presents Lizard Skinner Ski Mountaineering Race
Fernie, BC – On Saturday, January 21st join in on a fun ski mountaineering race (open to all levels and ages). With two courses – recreational and intermediate anyone can have a good time while engaging in some friendly competition. Ski Mountaineering is a pastime among skiers gaining more and more popularity recently – ski across and up a variety of terrain with sections requiring you to skin uphill, special gear is recommended, feel free to give our Guest Services department a call for more information or advice on what to wear.
