Winter Sports School Presents: A Carv Community Meet-up

On Dec 28th, Fernie Winter Sports School will be hosting a special meet-up event for CARV enthusiasts with one of our own expert instructors. This is an awesome opportunity to meet the local CARV community and work on your skiing with a data-driven mindset and qualified instructor!

We will have FAR staff and a CARV ambassador onsite to facilitate ski grouping and help organize the itinerary. Groupings are suggested by ski IQ score.

Very limited units for someone to try CARV. If you need to borrow a unit at this event, we would need you to arrive early at 8:30 am and indicate you would like to try a unit on the day. Unit availability is first come, first serve.

Itinerary:

8:30am – 9:00am: Greeting and Registration Main Day lodge

9:00am-9:30am meet at the bottom of the Elk Chair in front of the GRIZ INN for groupings.

9:30am-11:30am Ski with FAR CARV Ambassador(s)

11:30am-12:30pm Lunch

12:30pm-3:00pm Ski with FAR CARV Ambassador(s)

3:00pm-4:30pm Meet for apres
