Get the Girls Out Hosted by SheJumps and Fernie Alpine Resort 2024

In celebration of International Women’s Day, Fernie Alpine Resort is proud to partner with SheJumps for Get The Girls Out! On March 9, 2024. 

Get the Girls out is a national campaign to unite and connect women and girls as they support, challenge, mentor, and inspire each other in the outdoor sports world. Come out for a day of skiing/snowboarding with a supportive women’s community. 

There are a variety of activities on the day including a special  First Tracks session, and Telus Learn to Ski/Ride Lessons, as well as on-mountain meet ups, scavenger hunts,games, and a special sale at Sports Alpine (40% off all outerwear Mens and Ladies Jackets and Pants and selected midlayers at 40%)

8:30am: 5:30pm: Celebration of Women Sale @ Sports Alpine
9:00am: LOE Meet Up
9:00am – 3:00pm: Golden Girraficorn Scavenger Hunt & Queen of Greens
11am – 1pm: Ladies Telus Learn To Ski/Snowboard Lesson – Please contact Fernie Winter Sports School Directly to secure your spot.
1:30pm: Avalanche Transceiver Demo
3:00pm: Apres at Legends Mountain Eatery

We welcome all women and girls-transgender and cisgender – and non-binary people. A parent or guardian must supervise all minors (under age 18) for the full event.
