Hosted by Mark Anthony Wine Group, this exclusive event features a carefully curated 5-course menu crafted by Head Chef Victor Spicer, perfectly paired with a selection of premium wines.

  • Cocktail Hour: 5:00 PM
  • Dinner Starts: 6:00 PM
  • Price: $125 per person

Experience an innovative menu designed to complement each wine pairing:

1st Course:

  • Cucumber salad, pickled onion, grapefruit, pistachio cream, radish, and chervil

2nd Course:

  • Lobster and crab ravioli, saffron bisque sauce

3rd Course:

  • Seared sablefish, chorizo and butter bean cassolette, parsnip purée

4th Course:

  • Elk striploin with haskap jus, elk cracker, carrot and potato pavé, shallot fondant

5th Course:

  • Almond tart, whipped mascarpone, tuille
