
Mountain Flow Yoga
Flow with the mountains, embrace nature, and ground yourself in the present moment.
Led by local instructor Emily Ruth, this all-levels yoga session is designed to connect you with the sights, sounds, and serenity of the alpine. You’ll leave feeling inspired, rejuvenated, and deeply connected to the surrounding mountains.
Ride the last chair up and enjoy a 1-hour yoga class at the Bear’s Den, with the mountains all to yourself. After practice, finish the experience with a peaceful guided hike down Daisy Lane to the base.
*Please bring water, sunscreen, layers for mountain weather, and appropriate footwear for the hike down. A limited number of yoga mats are available for use.

Schedule:
3:45pm: Meet at the bottom of Elk Chair
4:00pm: Load Elk Chair
4:30pm: Yoga Session Begins
5:30pm: Pack up and hike down Daisy Lane
