Event registration opens to everyone on March 1st.
Early Bird Registration is now open for anyone that registered in any of the four Dunbar Summer Series stops in 2025.

Friday, July 10th:  Unofficial Practice, Course Walk & Main Plate Pickup
Saturday, July 11th:  Official Practice, Seeding Runs & Plate Pickup
Sunday, July 12th: RACE DAY

ACCOMMODATION:

Fernie has a variety of accommodation options both on mountain and in the town of Fernie (located minutes from the resort).

Please book your accommodation early, as hotels and campgrounds tend to fill up during the summer months.

Camping:
The primary camping options for the event are the established local campgrounds in town:
- Fernie RV Resort:  https://ferniervresort.com/

- Mt Fernie Provincial Park: https://bcparks.ca/mount-fernie-park/

All three of these campgrounds are located less than a 10 minute drive from the resort and offer a range of campground services and amenities.

A limited number of basic on-site camping spaces will be available. As Fernie Alpine Resort does not operate a campground, this is parking-lot camping only, with no hookups or showers. Basic washrooms and porta-potties will be available.  Due to limited parking lot space, pre-booking is required for on-site spots.  As on-site parking lot camping is intended as an overflow option, bookings will not open until closer to the event date.  Keep an eye on this page for more details.   As there are limited spaces available, racers are strongly encouraged to secure accommodation through the established local campgrounds to guarantee a site.
