Extreme Griz Competition 2018

Ladies and Gentleman…do you think you have what it takes to be crowned Extreme Griz 2018???   Compete in mini-challenges in town and up at the hill to gain points to take the title and huge bragging rights.

As part of Griz Days 2018, Fernie Alpine Resort is proud to host some of the Extreme Griz mini-competitions up at the resort.  The action starts in town at the Community Centre for the pancake eating challenge.  Following that, the competitors come up to the resort from 12:30pm – 1:45pm to compete in feats of agility and strength through our Griz Obstacle Course and Griz Axe Throwing competitions.   Spectators are welcome…check out all the action near the base of the Timber Express chair.  After the resort competitions, competitors head back into town and to The Pub for the final mini-comps before the champion is crowed at station square just before the parade!!
