Get ready for a frightfully fun day at the Annual Griz Kidz Halloween Party & Haunted House.

Bring your boos and ghouls dressed in their spookiest, silliest or sparkliest costumes and join us on the main floor of the Daylodge for ghoulish games, creepy-crawly crafts, enchanting activities, and Halloween treats.

Celebrate the start of ski season at Fernie Alpine Resort’s Winter Opening Day on Saturday, December 5, 2026 (CONDITIONS PERMITTING).

Be part of the excitement as we spin the lifts for the first time, enjoy early-season skiing and riding, and soak up the mountain atmosphere.

Operational details including hours of operation, terrain, lifts and more will be released closer to opening day.
