Fernie Alpine Resort Official Opening Day – Friday, November 29th!
Winter is here, and the wait is over! We’re thrilled to kick off the ski season this Friday with all lifts spinning (except Polar Peak) and conditions looking fantastic.
Stay tuned—available terrain will be announced on Opening Day. While we have plenty of snow, remember that early-season conditions still exist. Please ski and ride with caution.

- Lifts Operating: 9 am – 4 pm

- Guest Services / Ticket Office: 8 am – 5 pm
- Winter Sports School Sales: 8 am – 5 pm
- Sports Alpine Retail Shop: 8:30 am – 5 pm
- Rental & Repair Shop: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Mountain Pantry Grocery Store: 8:30 am – 8 pm
Restaurants:
- Griz Daylodge: 8 am – 4:30 pm
- Griz Bar: 11 am – 6 pm
- Legends Mountain Eatery: 11 am – 5 pm
- Slopeside Coffee & Deli: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Lost Boys Café: 10 am – 3:30 pm
- Cirque Restaurant: 5 – 9 pm
- Ice Bar: 5 – 9 pm
